Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) Behavior Tier 1 Universal Classroom Management Components 3 Virtual 2-hour sessions – presented by Jennifer Ventimiglia – 8:30-10:30am
This 3-session workshop is for Pre-K to 4th grade new teachers, to have the opportunity to look at behavior through a different lens to shift philosophies and approaches to behavior. Join us as we unpack the MTSS Tier 1 framework for Behavior -Learn how to observe and measure behavior to match instruction for students -Discover Tier 1 Classroom Management components to enhance student learning -Explore behavioral strategies to support student learning Key takeaways for Participants -Participants will explore the Multi-Tiered System of Support framework for Behavior -Participants will focus on the fidelity of Tier 1 Classroom Management components -Participants will implement MTSS Tier 1 Classroom Management strategies for Behavior Eligible for 6 hours CTLE credit. Can use 1 Consortium seat If district pays, district approval must be confirmed prior to start of session.
