Western Suffolk BOCES Digital Resources Survey

At-home access to the internet gives students enhanced learning opportunities and allows them to continue that learning when emergencies keep them from going to school.

Western Suffolk BOCES and New York State are working to ensure that our students have the connectivity and devices they need to succeed. To do so, we are asking that you let us know what resources your child has at home.

Please complete a Digital Resources Survey for your child by clicking the link below.

For families with more than one child in a Western Suffolk BOCES program, we ask that you complete a separate survey for each child.

If you need assistance with the survey, please contact your child’s school.
